How do I set up a return or get missing parts sent?
If you have a return or if you receive an item that is missing something from the package, please go to your Novatech Wholesale account dashboard and on the left hand side there will be a link that says "My Returns". This is where you will start a new return, or report a missing or damaged item. Please provide as much info as possible during this process. Once you start the RMA process we will get back with you in 1-2 business days.
